Hi, I am Katrina Malyn
Welcome to my house design world, where I specialise in crafting residences that go beyond the ordinary, creating a unique sense of home. Working with you, my goal is to create inviting homes with captivating view paths, even where nature or limitations of city life haven't provided a traditional vista.
With projects approved across Waverley, Randwick, Leichhardt, Canterbury Bankstown, North Sydney, Mosman, Manly, Willoughby, and Hornsby councils to list a few, my track record speaks for itself. With 11 years of experience (8 of them as my own boss), I've navigated the ins and outs of residential development across Sydney’s top councils.
Living in Sydney's Beverly Hills, I have worked on over 50 projects spanning from the Southern Highlands to Central Coast, and all my designs have been approved by councils. As a parent, I understand the balancing act between practicality and aesthetics. Motherhood has also sharpened my patience, creativity, and adaptability that are just as crucial in dealing with councils as they are in parenting.
